Yeah, i realized my commute home yesterday wasn't going so well when the guy driving next to me had his laptop out, working on some Excel spreadheet. Quite the speed record, there.
Number one things I hate about chicago! And I used to be that guy doing spreadsheet work with every free minute I had. Oh what a sad sorry life that was.
chicago should adopt the los angeles system of having 5 lanes in each direction. It works great, almost never have any traffic. ha.
sometime I think of trip times in units of going from chicago to U of I. The other week I went to westwood (~10 miles) in the amount of time to get from my parents' house in wilmette to around, maybe Gilman or Rantoul.
