This is halloween this is halloween, halloween halloween
Halloween 07 has come and gone. With it came some amazing costume ideas like
nacho libre:
miss argentina
Nick and Kaitlin were lucille and buster(god I love that hook, props are extra points)
Then there's that favorite costume of people you don't know but want to because of such an awesome costume idea. For me it was capn' crunch
Moving farther back into the weekend we come to friday. Thanks to everyone who came out to see us play. It was a blast. Kudos to Rudy who brought down the house with the mash(watch me for the changes and try to keep up was the second bff line of the night, mine was you might not like this but your kids are gonna love it. The youtube video is on its way.
Thanks to Yishai taking picures for us. His pics have a way of slowing everything down a bit, especially that one of gary and kelly from behind(two robots). Also that one with the bird with the goldfish in its mouth.
I went to Rudy's show and caught the dirty old grampa sketch he wrote. You can see it at Rudy's website He's got shows to come so now we don't have to rely on him sometimes telling us he has a show.
As for movies and music I just saw american graffiti(where get your cooties off of me from BFF comes from, I'm really going back to the future with this post) and have been listening to radiohead in rainbows continuosly. Its nothing genre breaking but its definitely worth listening to. I also saw ween live which was both fun and agravating. Ween put on great show only by the time the line got us in the door they were half way through there set. They started at 8pm and doors opened at 8pm, pretty stupid.
This time of year always brings with it marked out calendars with weekend filled activities. This is both good and bad. Kind of mindnumbing at the intense pace weeks go by and slightly satisfying as routine kicks in. I hope that made sense, probably just to me.
